The cold heading machine manufactures about 40 to 60 products per minute. It is possible to produce more than 600,000 pieces by operating one cold heading machine at full capacity for one month.
If it is a small product, it is possible to produce 900,000 to 1 million pieces.

Additionally, the molds for multi-station parts formers are 100% manufactured in-house. - What is the lead time from ordering to delivery?
- In Japanese factories, it takes 45 days minimum for products that are only in-house cold headed only products.
In the case of products with secondary processing or complicated products manufactured by multi-station parts former, the products will be delivered in about 60 to 120 days. - Do you have Japanese staff at your location in China? Is there sales from China to Japan?
