Equipment introduction
Based on machining analysis using "3D deformation", we design and manufacture dies in-house by making full use of various equipment such as machining, electric discharge machine, and surface grinding machine.
We have various equipment with different characteristics, and it is possible to perform a wide range of processing.
- Relatively easy processing: lathes, drilling machines, milling machines
- Complex and detailed processing: Machining center, electric discharge machine system
Adjustments in micro units (one millionth of a unit) may also be done manually by skilled workers.
