At our second factory, which is fully dedicated to thread rolling, we aim for unmanned operation at night. Thread rolling of screws, grooves, knurls, etc. is supported by our own 28 units of equipment and labor saving facility.
Unmanned operation is a manufacturing method that can only be made possible with a combination of stable production environment, highly accurate machines, and reliable technical capabilities accumulated over the years.

All machines are equipped with a lift sensor and a continuously variable transmission.
Auxiliary hoppers, conveyors, and case stockers are used to enable unmanned operation at night. It is possible to continue processing without stopping each work at night.

In particular, burnishing to smooth the processed surface can improve dimensional accuracy, and we have a track record of producing dimensional tolerances in the 1/1,000mm range, which normally requires polishing or grinding.
